During the depression locals banded together to get work done on the homesteads. Often times with homemade tools fabricated out of anything they could find. A local couple Russ and Agnes Sarsten were known to bring their tractor over from time to time to help work on the property. When new fangled tractors became more popular the Sarstens old tractor became obsolete and they donated it to Silverstation station. What type of automobile was turned into this tractor?
