Pirate Quest #1

Legend says that a famous pirate from the Pacific Northwest was taking shelter near here when a Tsunami hit this area. The wave pushed the pirate ship inland and shipwrecked it in this area ruining all instruments on the ship, including the clock that is stuck at the same time of the shipwreck. What time did the shipwreck happen?
